NOTE!!
PRI products are not high production units. Most are made in very small production runs or are hand built. Some products can take as long as six months or more depending whether or not they are on the shelf at the time of the order, or how far away your order date is from the next production run for that particular item. Nearly every product PRI offers requires assembly to some extent before it is shipped. We try to fill all orders as quickly as possible. However, with any custom parts, engines and complete project cars there are delays in product times that are dictated by QUALITY of end products. If you are in a hurry we recommend sourcing through another vendor however, if you want the best QUALITY products we will be happy to fill your needs. If orders placed and then canceled which are in a production run you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee so be sure you want the product and are willing to wait if needed. If your selected item cannot be shipped within 30 days from the time the order is placed you will be charged only 50% of the cost of the item as a deposit with the remaining balance due upon the shipping date. For best results email chris@prirace.com to find out the time line on your particular items prior to ordering. Note, if no deposit is placed for a product that awaits production (not in stock) you may lose the opportunity to receive that item at the time it becomes available.

Returns  
Parts may be returned with approval only.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of original purchase.
Goods must be received freight paid by purchaser and in good condition.  

Replacements  
P.R.I. will only be responsible for the replacement of the part purchased and will not be liable for shipping costs, labor costs, or for damage or loss incurred due to the failure of their part.  

Application and Installation Issue  
Parts sold by P.R.I. catalog are high-performance parts, which rely on proper application and installation to produce desirable results. P.R.I. warrants their parts from defects in workmanship. Normal imperfections in hand-made parts are excluded.
All claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt of product.  

Legal Issue  
PRI parts are for high performance driving and or racing. Even though PRI parts will also enhance your car's safety it still may be illegal in your state our country to alter vehicles in this manor.   

Engine Orders
Final balances plus return freight on engine orders are to be paid within 14 days of our completion call or e-mail to avoid a $20 per day storage fee. Out of state checks take 10 days to clear and should be sent "priority mail" for secured tracking and to make the dead line.
